I’m Felicia Beasley, a Family Nurse Practitioner with a heart for honoring life’s final chapters. My journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a small-town nursing home and has grown into years of experience in acute rehab, long-term care, and hospice.

My passion for end-of-life care deepened when I walked alongside my mother in her final days, advocating fiercely for her wishes and ensuring her passing was filled with peace and dignity. That experience taught me that the most powerful gift we can give is a plan—so our loved ones aren’t left with uncertainty or regret.

Through Continuum Coaching and Advocacy, I empower patients, families, and healthcare providers to have the conversations that matter most, before it’s too late. Because preparing for the end of life isn’t about death—it’s about living fully, right to the very last moment.
